I have been looking for good day one safety prospects after Kenny Phillips

Jamar Adams seems to be an intiging prospect for 2008, but I haven't been able to find out too much about him.

Can someone provide some information about him?

6-2, 210. 4.38. Good against the run. I thought he played pretty well last season, especially having to cover for Trent's problems. He plays very well against the run, and when I watch the games he always seems to be near the ball. Obviously, he's no Kenny Phillips but I think he's a solid 2nd round pick

Struggled alot in pass coverage towards the end of last year. Has all the athleticsm in the world (probably not sub 4.40 though) but needs to work on reading passing schemes to know where to be. He's outstanding against the run, so he'll be a mid round pick even if his coverage skills don't improve a lot (first day pick if they do).
      I'm a state.
