  • 5 Michigan State Players suspended

5 MSU spartans were suspended for the bowl game against Boston College. They were

    Jonal St. Dic DE
    SirDarean Adams S
    Terry Love WR/RS
    TJ Williams WR/CB
    Abre Leggins OG

They lost two bigtime defensive starters in a game against an explosive offense. I see bad things for Michigan State

Damn.. Saint Dic is a machine. We are gonna have problems without him in our D-Line. The other 4 are huge too ugh.

I think the biggest loss for us is with SirDarean Adams. Saint Dic is a machine however against a quick passing offense like BC's sacks will be at a premium anyways.

Adams has played very well but he isn't starting anyways. Williams is a backup corner but with Chris Rucker back it shouldn't be to big of a loss.

Terry Love wasn't a big play maker and hopefully Dell and Devin Thomas can continue their great play.

It is a loss however not as big as people might think.

Everyone except Adams were academically ineligable.. Adams broke an unknown team policy or rule from what i read.

There's too much learning going on in these schools.

The only one that matters here is Saint-Dic.

Love/Williams/Leggins are all backups who play menial roles if any. True TJ Williams played CB but he was often burned and was out of position. Love is a KR and Mark Dell can do that job just fine. And I'm not sure that Leggins even saw the field this year.

Adams hurts but not all that badly, he's our third best OLB (Jones and Gordon are much more effective players) and we have several other good OLB's who can step in in his stead, tabatchnik specifically.

Saint-Dic hurts a lot, but Brandon Long isn't too shabby and Kershaw started all last year.

I am still banking on MSU simply wanting this game more than BC, who was hoping for NC/Sugar or Orange Bowl.

I have a feeling Michigan State still might find a way to win this game.
