  • Wtf?! Usc!

Does anyone else find it weird when USC has three LBS prolly going in the first around and a very outstanding QB and they didn't win the NAtional Champ. I know the gators are stacked and a few guys are staying but, crazy that USC has three LBS that are first rounders. Rey is great, but i think Cushing and Matthews are a bit overrated because with guys like that the defence wouldn't of let even Oregon State score.

I wish so bad they could have played UF in the NC. Not only because I felt like they were playing the best ball at that point of the year, but USC always plays very well in bowl games as Carrol is a master with a month to prepare. I wouldn't blame them too much though, they had the one in conference slip up and then were just at the mercy of the BCS. They probably had the second most impressive resume (After Texas) with their loss being on the road on a Thursday night game after the big win against Ohio State.

They lost a game they should of won against Oregon State. If they won that game, they were a NC lock.

They've seemed to do this the last few years. They beat down the really good teams but one of the teams that they should beat in their sleep beats them and it ruins their NC hopes because the Pac-10 is not as strong as the SEC or Big 12.

Fixed it for you. Utah is the national champion, not UF.

No, they're not. Florida is the national champion. Florida would have beat Utah by two touchdowns.

Would have could have should have. We could play this game all day, I truly believe USC would beat UF by two touchdowns.

Utah did not lose a game, UF did and Utah beat UF's second toughest opponent in a much more impressive fashion.

Utah = The people's champions, I don't have to recognize that BCS rubbish.

that's very modest to say 2 TD's honestly.

oh ********. How much did you think Florida was going to beat Ole Miss by in Gainesville? You were not that dominant of a college football team despite what all the Gator fans want to believe.

Oregon State beat USC and got smoked by Penn State. So, Penn State must have smoked USC in the Rose Bowl when they played, right? Uhhhhhh, about that. For the last ************* time, the transitive property doesn't apply to sports.

I never said 'Bama was going to roll Utah.

Yeah, it's a good thing the Gators didn't hold the most productive offense in college football history to 14 points or anything. Take off the 'Cane blinders. The Gators were awesome this year and will probably be better this year.

No need in dealing with him man, he just try and downsize whatever good UF does. I think it's something personal.

                            lol at this dude

                            1. bruh like not having Percy Harvin against Bama was not a big factor and we STILL scored over 30 points.

                            2. Utah had OVER a month to prepare for Bama and we only had a week and still had our own without our best player

                            3. Wow tell me the HUGE difference in Utah being Bama 31-17 and we beating them 31-20? yes we were in for a fight, but the final scores are almost identical.

It's all well and good allof your excuses about injured players and the final bama score, but you all are still ignoring the main point: Ole Miss in Gainesville. Utah won every single game they played. UF did not.

What is the excuse for that?

Some gifts people give are pointless: Styling mousse to Dick Vitale. An all-you-can-eat card to Kate Moss. The BCS Championship given to Oklahoma or Florida.

It means nothing because the BCS has no credibility. Florida? Oklahoma? Who cares? Utah is the national champion.

                              The End. Roll credits.

Argue with this, please. I beg you. Find me anybody else that went undefeated. Thirteen-and-zero. Beat four ranked teams. Went to the Deep South and seal-clubbed Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. The same Alabama that was ranked No. 1 for five weeks. The same Alabama that went undefeated in the regular season. The same Alabama that Florida beat in order to get INTO the BCS Championship game in the first place.Yeah, that's how it is now in the shameful, money-grubbing world of college football. If you're Florida and you beat Alabama, you get a seat in the title game. If you're Utah, you get a seat on your sofa.
By the way, we're calling our title the "national" championship because it actually includes the whole nation—all 119 Division I schools—unlike the BCS, which includes 66. Yeah, the BCS somehow eliminated the middleman—the NCAA. The conferences these schools play in take their dump trucks full of cash straight from the TV networks and fairness can go suck a lemon.
