Michigan's going to run some type of hybrid 3-4 defense, I think. It's basically a 4-3, though, since the Spinner (DE/OLB hybrid) will be pretty much on the LOS.
ND runs a very blitz happy 4-3 defense, lot of speed both of the edges and at linebacker.
Saints 2014 draft wish list:
- No pass rusher till the fourth round (or preferably at all)
- Corner or Wideout in the first
- No reaching
- No Kelvin Benjamin
3-4 defense never works in Madden or NCAA, or at least right.
I got it to work sort of, with zone blitzing mixed with over blitzing on one side.
i agree. but the game gets so easy i wanna switch it up and limit my recruiting to just players that would fit in a 3-4 or recruit extra ss's for 4-2-5.
they were a 3-4 under base defense last year. this year we will switch to the 4-3

TCU runs a weird defense IIRC. New Mexico as well.
Miami runs a pretty standard 4-3.
If you have Phil Steele's College Football Preview magazine you can just skip to each team and look at their depth chart. He includes abbreviations of the positions like ROV or HAWK or w/e. If you don't have it just ask me about a team and I'll look it up.
