I'll try not to be a homer (will throw a few Colts in there though)

-DeDe Dorsey (The Alliteration Obilterator---just made that up, very lame, yes.)
    -Jay Cutler
    -Matt Leinart
    -VD (A beast and 3/4)
    -Brandon Marshall
    -Kelly Jennings
    -Danieal Manning
    -Leon Washington

and to go a bit deeper, just for the hell of it:

    -Travis Wilson
    -Ruvell Martin
    Is that a rash?

Everyone points out homerism but people know their own teams best, I don't follow other teams nearly as closely so why would I have a good grasp on which guys I really think will break out other than what I saw from them last year? Of course people are going to pick their own players because they are much more educated on them. Granted, some reason for picking them may be that they're on the team but in most cases people have reasons.

I also would like to add Jerious Norwood, I'm not sure on DeAngelo Williams... I thought he would be big time last year but things never worked out granted I know a lot of that was via injury. I would say Maroney but I think he's like Johnathan Joseph in the sense that they're already had big games so I think they already broke out.

That is a good one right there. With Dunn creepin' in terms of age and potentially durability (he's been good lately but at his age, workload and stature?), I think Norwood will be a stud in a year or so.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the only way MJG can break out this year is if their is an injury at LG, he's just a backup now, Brodrick Bunkley on the other hand looks to be the prime canidate for breakout 2nd year player.

Reggie fricking Bush will break out even more than he did last season. He finally came on in his last 4 games and with Deuce another year from his injury he will be able to take some heat off Reggie. Expect 12-15 TDs from Reggie in this offense, especially with another year to learn the system and another year for the Oline to grow together.

Big time Thank You to BoneKrusher!

I'll have to agree with the DeAngelo Williams and Kelly Jennings mentionings. Those are two I'm looking out for.

I would have to say that I expect Reggie to have a big year (last year was big but his YPC was too low.)

I would expect Cutler to actually lead the Broncos offense to put up some points...

I actually don't know what to think about Vernon Davis, I'm not sure he's going to be sweet, but hes just too physically gifted to not be amazing.

Deangelo Williams should have a good year, I hope he bounces back from his injury.

My pick though for the "Breakout" player of the year, is Micheal Huff... I really expect him to dominate in that Raiders secondary and put up pro-bowl numbers, I think my boy Sean Jones won't get in to the pro bowl because of Reed Polamalu and Huff.

My pick for the Browns will be that Leon Williams earns a starting spot over Andra Davis... I like him but Leon/D'Qwell are better all around in my opinion, and Leon Williams looked like a freak in the time he got... So if you will, my homer pick for the Browns breakout player is Leon Williams.

Thomas Howard - had decent year his rookie year. I expect even better things this coming up seaosn.

For the homer pick I'll be Jason Hatcher.

Hopefully D'Qwell Jackson. I'd say Matt Leinart, Santonio Holmes, Ashton Youboty, and Vernon Davis.

Lot of Youboty love. I hope for the same thing, but early indications have not had much positive for him.
