    Alstott may have been fun to watch, but he is definitely not a HOFer. He was not fast enough or elusive enough to be a RB, and not a good enough blocker to be a FB (in the sense of lead blocking like Lorenzo Neal, which is what a FB is actually supposed to do), so he kinda sorta played both positions. Basically he was a slow bruising RB, but his limitations there led to him being a complementary RB that happened lined up in the FB slot.

    I am done arguing, until somebody says something stupid.

      He won't be a first ballot hall of famer, but I think he has a legitimate chance at making it.

        He's making a good choice regarding his future. This is his second stint with neck problems. At 33, it's not worth coming back to.
