I'm really not sure how much stock can be put into that one opinion. It's definitely a big blow and it definitely hurts his trade value if it's true though.
        Glenn Dorsey will slip...

        Jets will not take McFadden...

That doctor is full of crap. He has no knowledge of the injury or the surgery or anything except "gee hurr they put him on IR so that must mean he's gone for two years." What a bunch of garbage.

That writer is probably just pissed because Mangini won't give up the scoop on what exactly is going on, so he decided to get some idiot doctor to say a bunch of disaster-themed speculation and make it sound as bad as he can.

It sounds like what happened with Kevin Everett. A doctor who never even examined him released a statement to someone and said that he thought Everett would be able to gain full use of his body after his type of injury. After that, every sports news outlet in the country spread the story. So when the actual doctors and surgeons were confronted with this theory, they struck it down immediately.

This is some random orthopedist's guess, but unless he actually has x-rays and other scans of the injury, it will remain a guess.
              Still Team The Ke$ha!!!

He won't be if it really is microfracture surgery, at least physically. Vilma will never be as athletic or explosive as he used to be. The article uses Amare as an example of a successful recovery, but even Amare is not nearly as explosive as he used to be.

That's odd considering he's been invisible the past two years.
