    Steelers

Best: Ben Roethlisberger. Best season a Steelers QB has had in I don't even know how long.

Runners up: James Harrison and Willie Parker.

Worst: Troy Polamalu. I wouldn't say Troy was "bad" this year, but he was just definitely not up to his All-Pro standards at all.

Runners up: O-Line and Anthony Smith, for making himself look like a total ******. I do think he will eventually be the starting safety though.

            Giants.

Best - It is hard to say as certain people were the best at different times of the season. Consistently Plax, Osi, Tuck, and Strahan were beasts all year. Eli was in the playoffs.

Worst - James Butler hands down. Sinorice Moss as well.

              Best: Justin Tuck

For him to play UT not only in our nickel, but also our base 4-3 at times, as well as being as productive as he was...absolute beast.

              Worst: James Butler

He's without question the worst starting SS in the entire league. Its like we played defense with 10 guys on the field.

I agree with you on everything except Troy. Sure he didnt have his greatest year but he didnt play bad. I think the line should be the worst followed by Smith

Best: Albert Haynesworth without a doubt.

Worst: Hard to say since no one really stood out as playing terrible. On second thought, yes they did. Randy Starks

                    Best:

                    - Brandon Marshall

                    Worst:

There are so many offenders it's hard to pick. However...

                    - Ian Gold
                    - Nate Webster
                    - Nick Ferguson

all played horribly at one point or another... and will continue to do so if we give them the opportunity.

I was surprised when we played you guys and I saw that Adrien Clarke was your starting guard. He couldn't even make the eagles roster as a backup.

Best: Nobody was amazing, but Marshawn Lynch ran hard every time he had the ball and was the bright spot for a pitiful offense.
Honorable mentions: Angelo Crowell, Donte Whitner, the OTs

Worst: Any of our assortment of free safety fill-ins.
Honroable mentions: Ryan Neill, Chris Kelsay while trying to make an open field tackle, all the wide receivers

Runner Up- Chindedum Ndukwe(given his rep coming out of college and his very surprising performances this season)
