  • Top 10 Super Bowl Champs Ever from Whatifsports

A stastical analysis and simulations of all the Super Bowl Champs against each other. At the end of the day, the 1999 St. Louis Rams are #1.

Third most efficient rushing attack of all Super Bowl Champions along with that passing attack. Outscored opponents by 17.8 points per game, highest margin of victory on the list.

haha, those rams barely beat the bucs that year who were using a rookie QB and riding their defense.

the 85 bears would have mutilated them

89 Niners and 85 Bears should be 2 and 1. But having the 99Rams at #1 is an intresting pick, and BF51, with how bad STL was this year, im sure he needs some thing to be happy about

Stand proud yoda, stand proud. I do feel that the 1999 Rams are one of the best teams of all time, I firmly believe that. I'm not sure about best, but they are a top 10 team. People look at regular season record far too much when assessing best teams of all time. For instance, the Rams sat everybody in week 17 against the Eagles team and lost by 7. The Eagles were 4-11 at the time. If the Rams played everyone there is little doubt they would have won that game, making them 14-2. Outside of that game, the Rams played exactly 2 games where the other team was within 13, and that was their two other losses, by a combined 7 points.

So, I'm not saying the 1999 Rams are the best team ever, I'm just saying that they are one of the best ever. Just thought that little list might be a good way to start up some talks of best teams ever. My rough list in no order, 85 Bears, 84 Niners, one of those Cowboys teams, 98 Broncos, 99 Rams, maybe another Niners team, and a nominee of the Steel Curtain years. Might be forgetting some, but those are the best off the top of my head.
