  • 2007 Release/Cut Thread

I thought it would be a good idea to keep all the releases in one thread.

    So far we have:

Jamal Lewis (RB) - Baltimore Ravens
Brad Johnson (QB) - Minnesota Vikings
Eric Moulds (WR) - Houston Texans
The whole world loves neophyte athletic tight end Jimmy Graham from Miami with the 95th pick. "Best pick in the draft,'' one AFC coach told me. "Give him time, and in that offense, he'll be better than [Jeremy] Shockey by the start of next year.''

“We know that no matter the adversity, be it the lockout, be it the suspension or be it a hurricane, our men will pull together and defend the honor of this city. We’ve shown we’ve been able to do that.” - Jabari Greer

Brian Simmons (LB) - Cincinnati Bengals
Seth Payne (DT) - Houston Texans
Zach Wiegert (G) - Houston Texans
Ross Verba (T) - Detroit Lions
There you go, added. Simmons is a big time surprise. I didn't expect it.

Yeah, even the official Bengals website said they were shocked. Haha....

I didn't see Eric Moulds coming either. I bet they try to trade up into the late 1st and pick up a guy like Rice or Bowe. Right now they have nobody opposite Johnson.

Nobody cares about your stupid fantasy team.

Rice might be sitting there in the early second round for them. They need a flanker, though, not another split-end.

Yeah. That was kind of the sole point of that.

*shrugs* I personally find it easier to have one thread specifically for releases rather than trudging through various kinds of transactions, but it's whatever. It can be closed if need be.

Some good LB's that could help some teams get over the hump. Some teams that may interested are, New Orleans Saints, Jacksonville Jaguars, and I know the Colts are going to lose Cato June as well. But what other teams might come calling for these players?

Wow. There are going to be a lot of WRs available. Please get at least one of them, Vikings.

all you have to do is report releases and cuts in the already stickied "Free Agent Tracker". The first page has ALL the releases in Green and they are separated by position.
