  • Erik Coleman joins Falcons

Atlanta reached agreement with Erik Coleman on a four-year deal worth $10 million, including a $3 million signing bonus. Coleman started 32 games in his first two seasons out of Washington State in 2004-05. But Coleman only started four games for the Jets in 2007.

He's better than Roy Williams, so I figured he would be deserving of a new thread.

Good signing for a great price. He should be very solid.

I wonder what that does with J Williams...Will Coleman start or what?

Could he be a CB in the new scheme? (assuming we lose Hall... sigh..)

He did well when he knew he was the starter. As soon as he went in the doghouse and there was competition his play fell. his stats are really good when he was a starter

He has to be an improvement over Chris Crocker. Now to sign Michael Turner and Maurice Williams...
