  • Which team has the best wr corp?

Last year I probably would have said the pats, but i want to make this argument just on the wide outs and not on spectacular qb play. It has to be green bay simply because they have the deepest, most talented group of pass catchers.Driver,Jennings,Jones,Nelson,Martin... I really dont think any team comes close to the quality and depth green bay has at the wr position.

No team comes close to the quality and depth of green bay? Cleveland has Braylon Edwards, Donte Stallworth, Joe Jurevicious Travis Wilson, Paul Hubbard, Josh Cribbs, Kellen Winslow and Martin Rucker.

Edwards is an exeptional athelete and pro-bowl starter in a conference loaded with wideouts. Stallworth never panned out as a #1 go to reciever, but as a second reciever he can make lots of underneath catches and make lots of YAC. Jurevicious is a reliable possesion guy and 3rd down specialist, Wilson and Hubbard haven't proven anything but both are big and fast and have the potential to be great. Winslow is split out as a wide reciever and has been the teams leading reciever the past two years and martin rucker is the same kind of tight end as winslow.

The pass catchers of the Cleveland Browns, namely Edwards, Stallworth, Winslow and Joe J. have to be considered one of the top units in the NFL.

I still think its the Pats. Moss is the most dynamic WR the NFL has ever seen since Jerry Rice. Ive never seen a WR impact a defensive gameplan like Randy Moss. Even though Rice is better than Moss, even Rice never impacted a defensive gameplan the way Moss does. Moss is a once in 20 years talent.

Wes Welker is the perfect slot WR. You ask your slot to stretch the field horizontally, and Welker does that better than anyone.

Gaffney/Jackson can provide the possession catches. You couple that with Moss stretching the field vertically with Welker stretching it horizontally, with Watson stretching the seam...and you have a lot of space to fit that football through those windows.

      Its gotta be the Patriots.

Steelers have a potentially great top 3. Hines Ward, Santonio Holmes and Limas Sweed could be lethal.

There's a few teams that can go for the title. Detroit with Williams, Johnson, Furrey and McDonald aren't too shabby either.

destined to be, I agree. Although there are a few teams who really don't compete when it comes to WR corps.

                    DALLASZZZZ!!!!!

On the real, though; it has to be Green Bay. Driver is a talented guy who still has it despite his age. Jennings is an up-and -coming guy who is already quite good. Jones is talented and he'll get it done. Nelson, despite all the jokes, is a very good player who can make an impact early.

Cardinals. With Doucet in the slot they are the most dangerous.

                        for shoe?

I think it's between Cleveland, Detroit, New England and Green Bay... I can't decide between them.

So is Nelson so maybe you should take them off your list now.
