But if a guy like Jason Hill is available in the 2nd and he's the best available player, they'd probably take him.

I'm guessing Joe DeCamillis, our ST Coordinator, was the one who pushed for this signing the most.
Combined with Northcutt being on the "short list" of free-agent wide receivers that Dirk Koetter assembled, imploring them to bring in at least one of them, he was a likely and logical signing. Office politics. He'll be a good returner for the team in the long-term and a good slot guy in the short-term.

SSAEL....... its a new revolution!
Originally posted by JobOn another note, Nicklas Backstrom is amazingly good.Meanwhile, in hockey the other night, the Washington Capitals' Eric Belanger gets hit with a stick, loses EIGHT teeth, has an instant root canal in the locker room, comes back out and PLAYS and never says boo.
So new rule, NBA: Unless you have a root canal at halftime, SHUT UP AND PLAY!

Or his he the sort of person that you most of the time end up finding yourself saying "Jeez... if you get your hand on it, you SHOULD be able to bring it in", after passes that he really has to work for?

Dennis Northcutt is a top notch PUNT returner with pretty good speed who catches the ball like a fullback... a blocking fullback.

I hate how hardly anybody on this site ever listens to the Jaguar fans when it comes to their own team.
