I like the idea, I wanted to point out one of my pet peeves though:
Why would you make a rating scale go from 1-100 and then make it so 99% (or higher) end up in the 50-100 range? Why not give yourself more freedom and put the practice squad level players around 10, and then have a nice easy average of 50?
