Vince is basically a wildcat QB anyway.

I don't get the point of putting Collins at WR. You already have a QB on the field with young. Isn't that the reason they usually keep the QB in?

Meh, I think he is a little tall to run straight up the middle. I consider a perfect wildcat QB to be HB like Ronnie Brown who can run and throw if need be.

I thought the point was having your QB out wide? 2 threats to throw? Someone explain. If the QB takes the direct snap is it not just a basic offense?

If being injured wasn't such a huge concern, I would like to see Ed Reed run the wildcat. He was our third string QB last year :D.

I think the reason they often keep the QB on the field is so the defense doesn't know it's coming. If the QB comes off, the defensive coaches are ready and tell their guys how to adjust. If he breaks the huddle and lines up at receiver, the defense isn't ready for it.

Yeah, but you don't have to design every trick offense EXACTLY like Miami/Arkansas. The Titans could definately make a good option offense out of VY and Chris Johnson. It just seems to be a waste to have an athletic QB and line a slow QB up at WR.

Rookie TE Zach Miller is a convert from QB. He can throw the ball but he's also a physical runner with 4.6 speed.

Combine him with an option draw to Maurice Drew and an option reverse with Mike Thomas and that's an offense difficult to manage.

Troy Smith makes your wildcat QB look silly.

                            Game. Set. And Match.

We need to bring back lorenzen and use a jumbo dog formation with Beatty at fullback, Lorenzen taking the snap and Jacobs in there.
