        - Better WRs.

        - Better OL.

        - Younger, healthier D.

        Those 3 would help him.

Don't forget a decent offensive coordinator.

any O-line, for that matter. The article seems to assume that Cutler threw INT's whilst playing behind an all-star O-line and with quality receivers. Hell if anything the Chicago sports writers should be happy they have themselves a QB who can finish with 27 td's and 26 int's sporting a 76 passer rating.

Cutler needs a better Oline, maybe one more vet WR, and more discipline in his reads.
Last season Cutler trusted his cannon arm and a bunch of #2 WRs way too much to make plays on the ball when the coverage was extremely tight, or when his WRs needed to adjust their routes at the LOS.

With more time in the pocket and a consistent running game, ( Matt Forte fell off the face of the earth!!), Cutler and the Bears will be a threat to make the playoffs in 2010.
The NFCN is rapidly turning into a QB heavy division and at least Chicago now has theirs for the next 10+ years.

You could list those as 3 reasons that would improve every QB in the NFL.

Mediocre NFL starting caliber is a big upgrade at OL and WR. We've also had one of the worst OC in the NFL.

I hate this guy. I never clicked one of his links. His subtle promotion of some terrible website is quite elementary. Ban the bastard
