    False.
    GM's actually make mistakes.
They aren't perfect. If you think Jamarcus Russell and Vernon Gholston, to name just a few recent ones, aren't overpaid, then I got some rookie cards to sell you. Trust me on their price, you aren't gonna overpay.

Hopefully Atlanta enjoys using their money on a guy who got 0 picks last year.

How has the Texans pass defense done this year after letting Dunta go?

        http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=5962120
        Dec 28

The Texans' defense ranks 29th overall and last against the pass, allowing 277 yards per game. Houston also has allowed 32 touchdown passes and 17 pass plays covering at least 40 yards, both league highs, and most of those defensive breakdowns have occurred in the fourth quarter.

The Texans have led or been tied in the fourth quarter of seven of their past eight games, and lost all but one of those.
Maybe they should have spent the money to keep him?
Or maybe invest more on the DL.... Super Mario, Okoye, the high-priced FA from Arizona, etc.
Cushing was the defensive Rookie of the Year last year, somehow over Matthews.

That defense should not be that bad with talent like that in the front 7. Must be terrible DBs and coaching.

Dunta's been really good. One of the best tackling corners in the league, and he's done a very nice job coverage wise.

He has 0 picks this year, but the money was well worth his play.

Only if he knew how to take better angles.

If we are basing things off of one play.

Only if Josh Freeman knew how to not throw picks with the game on the line.

Jeez, Why do you have to turn everything into a ******* Bucs vs. Falcons thread(or a Josh Freeman argument). V-I-P posted an absolutely relevant video of Dunta Robinson getting burned in a "Dunta Robinson" thread and for some reason to compensate for the video of a poor play by Dunta, you feel the need to post a completely irrelevant video of a questionable INT by a completely irrelevant player. It is just obnoxious that fans feel the only way to defend a player is by taking shots at a completely irrelevant player. Makes no ******* sense.

It's easy to say that now, but I doubt they were expecting Kareem Jackson to be so sorry. Had they taken Devin McCourty I don't think they would feel they needed to keep him. Then again in hindsight had they kept him and moved back slightly to draft Nate Allen they would be alot better off, but I'd base more of this on Kareem Jackson and not Dunta.

That was the right angle taken by dunta. He just didn't stick close to his man and read the play that well. A CB can never let someone get outside of him, so that tackle should of more so been made by a LB or Safety even though they played man.
