If you're the Rams, preferably neither. But the Eagles likely won't take less than the Rams' second rounder. And if I'm St. Louis, I'm not sure I'd be inclined to give that up, knowing that there's going to be some talent on the board when that pick rolls around.
Honestly if it's McNabb for the Rams' 2nd this year and a conditional pick next year I like it on all sides. Helps make hte eagles less competitive while also giving Spagnulo a better chance at success in Stl. by getting a guy to stabilize the offense while he builds up the defense. If they can get the OL patched up and add some talent to that defense the rams could be solid team pretty quickly. THey'd also have a couple more years to find a quality franchise QB to groom behind Donovan for a little while.
