Just saying, there is a reason the Rams traded him ( already with a weak OLB corp ) and then Philly released him.

they are is a reason the Rams traded him?

He seemed to play decent for Philly at times.

This is easily the best of the FA announcement threads.

My bad, haha. I changed it and I'm sure it's probably still wrong.

Nope, you got it. I don't want to be that guy, but it's a pet peeve.

It's alright, I'd rather someone corrects me so I improve with my grammar, rather than it keeps being horrible.

                  I appreciate it.

Philly released him because he had a $5 million in base pay this upcoming year. He actually played very well for them, and I've seen Sniper and others complain about the Eagles letting him go. He may've underperformed his contract in St. Louis, but it's no coincidence how an underperforming player can be taken from a bad team and put on a good team, and voila, he's a very good player again.

I actually like the fit, and think it's a great signing by the Titans. It fills a need, and allows them to focus on DE and CB in the Draft. The Titans also run a different defense that the Rams and Eagles ran, and I believe it's much closer to what the Panthers ran when he was there.
                    Still Team The Ke$ha!!!

Rams traded him because he wouldn't be on the team anyways when they finally end up turning this thing around so why not get something for him.

His play on the field had nothing to do with him getting traded.

His play on the field was pretty poor the 2nd of '08 and his '09 with the Rams. He was missing gaps, tackles and biting on every play fake ran. He was pretty average at best. He WAS good for us at one point.
