So new rule, NBA: Unless you have a root canal at halftime, SHUT UP AND PLAY!

The pre-Jim Irsay and Bill Polian era is so full of mistakes, so I'll go with the Manning-era Colts.

        - Trading a 1st and 4th rounder for the chance to draft Tony Ugoh
        - Laying down vs. the Jets in 2009 when we could've had a perfect season
        - Keeping Ryan Lilja instead of Jake Scott when both were free agents

Not too bad. Our team is run pretty well.

Hiring... John Hufangel, Tim Lewis, & Bill Sheridan..

Will Fewell make the list? Stay tuned to the same channel, at the same time, and we will see at this time next year if Fewell is a 1 year wonder of will he come back..

Never getting Marino a legitimate RB.
Keeping Dave Wannstache as long as we did.
Hiring Saban to replace him instead of Jim Bates
            Trading Welker.
Jason Allen - in all fairness we've failed him as much as he's failed as a player.
            Hiring Cam Cameron
            Ted Ginn Family.
Taking a QB in the second round for 5 straight years, only one of which has panned out to anything for us. (A.J. Feeley, Culpepper, John Beck, Chad Henne (yay!), Pat White)

ARguably the Eagles biggest mistake is allowing Reggie White to reach Free Agency. Though since I can remember, it hasn't been too bad., and they have their justifactions.

              Letting Dawk walk...
Bringing in Trotter last season... ugh
Giving LJ freaking SMITH the franchise tag (2007 I think)
              Jevon Kearse's deal

Its beginning to look like Stacey Andrews may have been a huge mistake.
Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir is a goddess

              Rest in Peace, themaninblack

                - Everything regarding Rob Johnson

                - Letting Pat Williams go. We let a lot of players go, but that one was a crusher.

-Sort of going with the above one would be not taking a DT in 2006. An average safety when Bunkley and Ngata were there, bleh.

                - I also happen to think we messed up in the past two first rounds. We have potential dynamite in Spiller and Maybin, but it's not really what I wanted or what I felt would be best for the team.

Broncos and the ****** drafts we had for a long time before getting decent ones in 2006.

Hiring Josh McDaniels as Shanahan's replacement.

                    • Giving Michael Vick that massive contract, after that he stopped trying and regressed as a QB.
                    • Making Rich McKay our GM.
                    • TJ Duckett over Ed Reed FML
                    • Getting rid of Matt Schaub the same off-season that Dog Fighting-gate occurred.
                    • Hiring Bobby Petrino and having to watch that ****** travesty that was his Arkansas press conference.
                    • Jimmy Williams over Richard Marshall.
                    • Jamaal Anderson and Chris Houston.
                    • Giving Ed Hartwell a big contract, what a waste that was.

Passing on my boy Desean Jackson TWICE for Kentwan Balmer and Chilo Rachal...SMH.

No, I think Joey Galloway's post Cowboys career shows the mistake was not acquiring him, but what was done with him as a Cowboy. Its generally not a coincidence that Galloway had four pro bowl seasons...... half of which came before he was a Dallas Cowboy and the other half of which came after he was a Dallas Cowboy.

                                Buffalo Bills:

All time mistake: Letting Bill Polian go.
2nd all time mistake: Hiring Tom Donahoe.

                                Recent History:
2000: Drafting Erik Flowers in the first round. Actually outside of Sammy Morris the entire 2000 draft in itself.
2002: Drafting Mike Williams.... "Nuff said"
2003: Drafting Willis McGahee in the first round.
2004: Not trading up in the first round for a real quarterback, settling again...
2005: Trading up for Losman in 2004.
2006: Drafting Donte Whitner, and passing on Jay Cutler and Haloti Ngata. Then trading up for John McCargo
                                2009: Drafting Aaron Maybin Period.
2010: Passing on Jimmy Clausen twice?? Although Locker next year may make actually make this a smart move...
                                "It must be contract year!"
