The ball gets loose and stays inbounds. They review it and confirm it's a fumble. Yet no one recovers the fumble despite the tape showing two Dolphins jumping on the loose ball first and the Dolphins player who ends up with it hands it to the official, and the Steelers magically get the ball back.
The officials didn't do their job, but it's ok. Someone's crew won't be working the Playoffs. You'd think in close calls like that, they'd stay with the play and follow the ball to determine possession incase they miss the call. But because the incompetant side judge called it a TD instantaneously and the ref is quick to jump on his mic to announce it's a TD instead of staying with the play, the call is blown and the outcome of the game is different.
Oh yeah, the referee, Gene Steratore, is a Pittsburgh native.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. .....Still Team The Ke$ha!!!
