On Browns offense Floyd Womack. Has played OT and OG equally well the past 2 seasons[almost want to say he's been better at RT than RG.]and there's a noticeable difference in the running game when he's not on the field.
On defense Scott Fujita. Transitioned nicely to a 34 defense and does everything pretty well. 51 tkls 2 ff 1 int 3.5 sks through about 8gms. Was playing at a pro bowl level before hurting his knee early against NYJ. The defense is still playing well but has missed his coverage, ability to diagnosis plays, and sure tackling in the last two games.
I've been saying it all year, but it's Jeff Backus. He's been lights out. This year he's went up against Julius Peppers (5 sacks), Trent Cole (7), Jared Allen (7), Clay Matthews (12), James Hall (8.) Osi Umenyiora (8.)8), Brian Orakpo (8.)8), and DeMarcus Ware (9) and has been responsible for only three sacks all year.
Completely agree with this statement, and I'd add Gosder as well because he's improved a lot this year (while Peterman and Raiola have regressed).
