This is a really tough question because fullbacks have evolved into strictly blockers. In the olden days fullbacks used to carry the ball and get lots of receptions, but they have almost been completely fazed out of modern offenses. There are a few with good skills running and catching the ball, but the ones who can block ferociously are rated higher. If I were to take a fullback who could run the ball and catch the ball then I would take Tony Richardson, or Mike Alstott(depending on whether you consider him a short yardage RB or a f ullback). Since blocking has become the main duty of the fullback I would want either Lorenzo Neal or Dan Kreider. Lorenzo is one of the most explosive blockers I've seen at his position, but Kreider's brute strength is just as effective. Overall I would want Lorenzo Neal because he is a fantastic blocker and he has some running ability and pretty decent receiving ability. Mack Strong is also good, but he isn't quite as much of a load bursting through a hole as Kreider and Neal are. He's still a great blocker, but his other skills aren't great either.
