OROY: Robert Meachem- Landed in a great offense in NO and he is a stud.

DROY: Anthony Spencer- If he gets the playing time, and he should, he will get 10+ sacks this year.

    That is correct comahan

Offensive... Marshawn Lynch, he'll be BUF's nr.1 back... RB trumps WR, even though Meachem and CJ will put up good numbers.

Defensive, hard to pick against Patrick Willis, but maybe Lawrence Timmons can compete.

I doubt he sees the field much with June, Brooks and Ruud.

OROY:Adrian Peterson - he will break the 1000 yard mark even splitting carries with Chester and he will average 6.0 ypc

DROY:Gaines Adams- gets 10+ sacks this year, and helps the tampa D return to its dominating form

I'd say Jamarcus Russell on offense because I think the Raiders are going to play him earlier than necessary and as a QB he will probably rack up just enough TD's to get himself OROY. As for defense, Willis is a pretty safe bet. Linebackers rack up tackles and get plenty of playing time.

I like the optimism but I see 5-8 sacks as more likely for him. Barring injury he will not be a starter and will probably only play on passing downs untill 2-3 months into the season.
