Its good to see a guy leave with his health and let go of the game with a smile on his face.

I agree. By the way did anyone see this?

Wong finished his career with a Texans-record 15 sacks.
that's kinda sad. Their offensive linemen allow more sacks each every season.

Yeah I saw that. They apparently wanna fix that because they are going D-line now.

They have been grabbing D-linemen every draft (see Babin and Johnson) they just seem to miss every time.

I saw it coming. Like Phrost said, good to see him go before he hit rock bottom

I remember when he was a star Running Back at North Eugene when I was a kid. They had him and Owen Soifer of Churchill on the cover of the sports page laying on a bunch of yard sticks. Pretty sure Wong broke the yardage record that year. Damn I feel old now. So this leaves Quintin Mikell and Jordan Kent as the lone representatives of Eugene High Schools.

I thought he was a decent player. I remember some big plays against the Titans.

The CPU always stuck him on my team in Madden.

It's not a big loss for the Texans, he wouldn't have started anyway. We had a whole bunch of Lb's on our roster anyway and this way some of our more promising younger players can make the roster.

Babin they traded their entire draft and tried to slap him in at 3-4.. they should've built the trenches..

Lots of memories of when he played with the Vikes and really only have respect for him as a player. Like some others said, its good to see him retire before he hits rock bottom.
