If they all play to their potential, this line is very solid. Chris Chester needs to step up though, so Jason Brown can move back to Guard.

    Baltimore: 7-4

I heard Brown played better at Center, but that mighta been incorrect, also Im still not sold on Terry and I think Gaither isnt a shoe-in either, IMO OT is still a need for next years draft.

yeah, I think Gaither can reach his potential but I think Adam Terry is going to have a hard time. IMO, hes the biggest question mark on the o-line.

I wonder if they gave Chester a shot at RG, I like his potential but he looks like he will be a major bust. Grubbs will look nice, I think Yanda will be a good RG, but I am nervous about our tackles, Terry was OK at RT and Gaither is a unknown. We may very well look for a RT in the draft.

Terry got replaced by a rookie last year. If Cam can't do anything with him, I think he's done. I agree with the consensus that RT will DEFINITELY be a need next year unless Terry steps up. LT might be a concern, but I have faith in Gathier's ability to play at the position.

Also, I'm digging Brown at Center since Chester has been awful, and Yanda seems to be a better fit at Guard than Tackle.

yea Yanda can be a good guard, he was a decent tackle but he was playing out of position. I guess we are about to give up on Chester and possibly Terry.

I just wish JO would have announced his retirement earlier we could have used the cap room to go after some of the monsters that were on the market earlier in the offseason.

I like Yanda in at guard. He's not the athlete we need out at RT but his grittiness and tenacity got him by last year. Inside, he can play more to his strengths, keeping his base and taking on big guys. Grubbs should continue his good play and Brown, although I wish we had the luxury of keeping him at LG where he was very good, should be able to maintain his level of play at C, where he played for 3 years at UNC. Cam does make a good point in that Brown is the leader of our line, therefore it makes sense that he makes the calls. Chester cannot be relied on unless he makes a great jump this year. I hope Cousins can take the backup spot at the guard positions over him. Like yall, I've got faith in Gaither to man the left side. Terry has always been sort of an enigma, great size and feet, but just can't put it together. I think he signed a 4 year deal anyways, so I wouldn't be surprised if he was gone after the year. RT should be addressed day 1 next year, but it's not a given.

You really don't need to be an athlete at RT, look at Mark Tauscher as an example. He not the fastest for a RT, but his technique allows him to play RT. Yanda is a great player to have as depth at RG and RT.

if our o-line can play decently this year, i think we can be set for the next 5-8 years. All of these guys are young with great potential.
personally, i really like yanda... he plays with great intensity. Gaither is of course a freak athlete that if he fufills his potential, can be one of the great tackles...
as for chester, though hes been a sort of disapointment, hes a good player to have for depth. hes a great athlete but may be suited for backup duties, but we've seen in years passed that its very important to have depth on the o-line

I heard that theres a annual ravens golf thingy and if Ogdens there he should be annoucing whether or not hes going to play for us next year. He should have already annouced this and take it off our shoulders but I also heard Coach Harbaugh and some other FO members are working with him to come back for 1 more year.
