It wont happen but yeah, Newman would be better suited than Scandrick to move to safety. Newman is a solid 200 pounds probably now and his hit power/overall strength has really improved. It's not happening, though. He can still be a great corner every other game. He's sporadic but, he's not a major liability...yet.

    Thanks BoneKrusher^

I just hate what we have at Safety.

I just can't remember the last seem route or post they actually made a play on. Not in like 2 years when Hamlin stepped in front of a few.

Anyone think TNew could be a Free Safety? He can hit, plays well with his eyes forward, put a few pounds on....
Man it's sad. Age is catching up to him. Jenkins/Scandrick should be the starters in a year or two. Newman may be a pretty decent Safety.

Well, given his propensity to hurt his legs, FS might save him for us during his contract.

Let us not repeat last year.
Ya we've done a terrible job blitzing today. We were tied for 8th in the league in sacks coming into today but Romo has had all damn day.

Spencer needs to get his hands up when the Qb is flushed out like that. Made it easy for Hasselbeck.

              Thanks BoneKrusher^

I dont know why Julius doesnt always run like that. He takes a lot of plays off. He'll either explode out of the backfield or run out of there like an old woman. When he runs hard, he looks like he can do whatever he wants but, he doesnt always run hard.

                    Thanks BoneKrusher^

Those sideline routes are not Austin's routes -- at least not with Romo.

Prefer Hurd running those routes or Williams. A little more flexible in terms of going up for the ball. Williams moreso cuz his straight line speed....

Austin needs slants, crossing, bubble screens, etc....

They haven't been able to run the ball effectively the past 3 weeks or so.
I hope it's due to injuries.
