    This is just one possibility.
Didn't say we haven't hit on the big ones, we certainly have. Ones that have worked out:

    1) Terence Newman
    2) Witten (3rd round is borderline, but I'm counting it)
    3) Ware
    4) TO...at least I'm counting it as a success
    5) Leonard Davis
    6) Spencer
    7) Felix
    8) Jenkins
    9) Martellus (I'm counting him)

Not a bad track record at all. Jerry gets way too much grief. He's not the overconfident, brash and out of touch guy he was in 96. He's come a long way and he deserves as much credit for where we are right now as anyone.

    • I'm still happy with our season. I can't complain with progression.

I would have been lots happier if we had not lost today like we did v GB.

This O is surprisingly ineffective when its gets punched in the mouth.

        • I'm highly pissed, but let's look at the bright side. This season was the best in awhile, and the team has a really good core of solid and young players. The key is not to ruin what could be something great. They should fix the holes, and learn from experience. Remember that the 91 team got their asses beat by Detroit really badly, and then went on to win to make history. Let's not get too carried away with getting rid of everybody.

          • The biggest thing I take away from that game is that we really need to upgrade the offensive line and secondary specifically the safeties and pretty much every corner not named Mike Jenkins.

I'd like to think that the Vikings aren't significantly better than us but they certainly played like it today as their defensive line dominated our offensive line.

I wish we would have gone for it instead of sending an average at best kicker out there.

The better team obviously won. If we played them 10 times they would probably beat us 7 or 8 times.

EDIT: Scandrick is pretty good but needs to be more consistent and make plays on the ball.

                • Of course it isnt possible. Why this was brought up so many times, I'll never know. Because, there is absolutely zero chance that this would ever happen. Head coaches dont take demotions on their own staff and it would be a slap in the face to even ask for such a thing.

And honestly to fire Wade would be moronic...only Dallas would fire a coach who just had a three year stretch as good as Wade's.

                  • Wade deserves the extension that I'm sure Jerry will give him. I'd be shocked if Jerry fired him after winning our first playoff game in 13 seasons. Jerry loves Wade for obvious reasons.

                    • Call me crazy but I'll be more then fine with standing pat personnel wise. We're actually starting to build something here, and it's finally working. Why break it up now?

                      • I'd rather have Wade as HC than not have him here at all. But in a perfect world, I'd want him as DC. That's all. Some people are a little fussy today... wonder why... lol.

                        • Nah...for the last few years people have been saying that Wade should move to our DC after his HC stint. It just doesnt work that way. That's all I was getting at.

                          • I think Romo is a monster next year. Look at how well he played this season. He played motivated down the stretch, and I think he'll grow majorly from this. I'm going as far as saying he'll be an elite QB next year. Quote me on it.

                            • He's an elite QB right now, I dont care what anyone says. The guy has been just as good as the other "elite". Romo will be amazing as usual, so long as, our line can actually pass block in some fashion.

For Romo to be great he needs to stop throwing wounded duck INT to the right side.

He also needs to take shots downfield even if the guy is "somewhat covered". Let WR make a play on the ball.

You think Rice was open on any of those plays? No.
