I had the opportunity to talk with one of the Giants coaches casually and he told me Sunday night was one of the worst officiated games in recent memory. And it didn't favor either side because there were horrid calls and non-calls for and by each side. I wonder if we'll see anything about this in the media...I doubt however because teams get fined for speaking to the press about that.
I obviously didn't take as much notice of the calls that went against the Giants, but I know that Dallas was getting jobbed all through the game. That PI call was one of the 2 or 3 worst I've seen this year. The holding on Witten that negated a big run late in the 4th quarter was so bad that both announcers called it out. Dallas had 10 penalties for over 100 yards, and non of the in-game calls I saw were legitimate, just the pre-snap ones.

So, yeah, it fits. It was too bad, too.

    Thanks for the info.

We as Ravens fans are clearly scum of the earth, and should just be happy that these great people, who cheer for nothing than the finest, morally impeccable players, playing on the finest, most morally impeccable teams, will grace us with their presence, and words of wisdom.

Yes sirrrr. I have it this year. :D

Happy to hear Adam Jones will suit up. We need all the help we can get.

Last week, we survived. This week... We're gonna have a statement game and shock the world by killing the Ravens. Our offense can't be stiffled at home like it was on the road versus the Steelers. The Ravens offense won't be able to stay on the field as long as the Giants offense did. ...and the Ravens corners can easily be beat.

Yes, it was the same thing last year when we had faced Green Bay on NFL Network, if your in the Dallas Metroplex you get the Cowboy game regardless, outside of that area you might be screwed unless you go to a sports bar.

That is great news about Adam, I don't think we should be rushing him doing too much special teams stuff if he's not ready, but his coverage will be a huge boost down the stretch.

I thought the Sunday Night against the Giants was the last game in Texas Stadium!
Anyway, the new Stadium is gonna be awesome. If I ever come to Texas I will visit for sure.

                      • It's hard to point out the high points of the game, but Tashard Choice is going to be a really great back in this league...His vision is really amazing the way he finds the hole and hits it hard, although you can see what he lacks on the play he was tackled from behind.

He broke free and was an ankle grab away from 7, Felix Jones scores on that play, but they tackled us and the drive stalled without us getting any points...Other then that he's showed me everything I need to see, he's stepped in and played like a veteran and I think earned himself a role next year even with everyone healthy.

                        • It worries me that next year, if Garrett is still here, Choice will have almost zero role in the offense. He'll probably be the 3rd back and get 5-10 carries at most. That would be bad, cause this guy has workhorse written all over him. He's faced 3 top defenses and would've had 2 hundred yard games if Garrett gave him the ball more. But in terms of total yards he's had over 100 in each.

Would you guys be opposed to a rotation like this?

                          Starter: Choice
                          Change of Pace: Felix
                          Closer: Barber

I'd be careful to place the "great" tag on him. He kind of reminds me of Ryan Grant, whom was labeled the next great thing by Packers fans after a few good games last year.

                            • meh...Ryan Grant was running out of the spread offense last year. He picked up garbage yards, no one played the run against the Packers last year. Choice looks like a savvy vet out there...he's going to be a good one. Dont know how he'll be getting the ball, though.

Choice has gone 3 weeks in a row now, doing this against the Steelers, Giants and Ravens. Running north-south and punching it up the gut. Choice has serious will power. I don't see the Grant relation at all. But I do notice Number 10 trying his hardest to throw these jabs at us... like "the Dallas defense is what will hold the Cowboys back from being an elite team"... "trying to infer that Ken Hamlin is a horrible player"... "Tashard Choice is the next Ryan Grant"...
