    Wow, just wow.

We still look suspect in the red zone, and we cant run the ball a yard to get a first down to save our lives, but the offense is starting to look better.

Not many teams can run the ball at Wilfork and actually gain yardage, not sure why McD challenged him so many times.

Also, Wild Horses owns. I suspect to see many teams copy the formation next week.

Ayers seems to be coming into his own... he was out there pretty much the whole second half. That bodes well, considering our other 1st rounder also looks pretty good (apart from a little rookie fumble-itis).

Orton was solid today. That spread attack definitely suits him - shades of his days at Purdue. Great to see.

I think the wrinkles in the offense we saw indicate McD is getting more confident in the players' grasp of the system. That is very encouraging.

I can see us acquiring a guard in the offseason. Hamilton just doesn't provide the punch inside that McD is looking for.

If it weren't for our offense having that great drive, those 2 ST penalties could have cost us the game. They effectively lost us 50 yards. We were gonna start on their 49.
