This site was my go-to to talk football. Best way to talk football. Twitter is too disorganized for decent discussion. Hopefully, some of the old timers come back!

For those still on here, what do you think about the recent events: Jimmy Graham, Jordy, and Mo.

Well, maybe everyone hit forum malaise at the same time. We'll see if anyone comes back after being gone for a couple of years. Ted Thompson is moving on, there's a shake-up in the coaching staff. Receivers all under contract, young running backs look good, draft is pending and packers pick at #14. Who do they take? I keep seeing a middle linebacker on all these mock sites. Yuck. DB would be great, DL solid too. I'd like to see the Wisconsin TE on the team.

    That's a relief.
That is a relief. The couple of times I watched Lane Taylor specifically he looked really bad.

Also, Peppers has been assigned #56. Gonna be weird seeing him not wearing #90
Most excellent sig ever! Rocky Dennis at leisure and in love with a puppy.

** Is that a puppy? What kind of creature is AJ toying with?

I projected my off-season back in late January or early Feb and had us LOSING Shields because I felt there would be at least ONE team who throws a HUGE $ at him, TT will be unwilling to pay. He's fiscally prudent. Not everyone else is.

    But it's not over yet.

I want James Jones back too.

Here's the story posted on NFL.com:

    http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap200...garrett-graham

Seems like the sort of free agent TT would covet. He's bound to come reasonably priced and fits the bill of the "ascending player" Thompson has mentioned time and again.

James Casey signed a 3 year, $12 million deal last off-season so I imagine Graham would be looking for a deal in that range.

Graham would be a decent fit. He's pretty good out of the backfield in an H-back role, but he isn't a great inline blocker. Not an explosive athlete, but solid and obviously a good receiver. As a Wisconsin fan I'd love to see him join the Packers, but as a GB fan I don't think he'd be much more than a role player.
