  • It really wouldn't shock me to see them take another WR.

    • Desean Jackson ftw!
The whole world loves neophyte athletic tight end Jimmy Graham from Miami with the 95th pick. "Best pick in the draft,'' one AFC coach told me. "Give him time, and in that offense, he'll be better than [Jeremy] Shockey by the start of next year.''

“We know that no matter the adversity, be it the lockout, be it the suspension or be it a hurricane, our men will pull together and defend the honor of this city. We’ve shown we’ve been able to do that.” - Jabari Greer

      • No, it'd be someone like Jordy Nelson.

Probably so. I can hear it now "The value was just too good to pass up."

At least our misery is over for now. I'm looking forward to the offseason. I have my plan outlined in the free agency thread.

                        • If we're picking at 9 that would put us in the Sedrick Ellis running, which would be outstanding.

Hell yeah. Or just a defensive playmaker in general.

                            • Yeah, Ellis would be perfect if the Saints could land that pick. Huh, pretty strange if a 7-9 record gets you the 9th overall pick, if it works out like that.
