I am a strong believer that the Raiders can win this game. The main factor will be the running game on both sides, if the Raiders want to win they have to take advantage of the Jets losing Jenkins and execute a great, smart run game. Also the Raiders have to shut down the Jets run game as well if they want to win, we need to stop Thomas Jones from running all over us, if he gets going early this game will be just like the Giants game were we are forced to play there game rather then ours. If the Raiders can execute this gameplan along with continue with the heart and intensity like last week, while also making as little mistakes as possible we can take this one and really start turning heads.

It's a winnable game, the Jets aren't as good as they looked the first few weeks. Their D hasn't really continued to play as well as it did early in the year; now Jenkins is out and Sanchez is showing that he's a rookie. Hopefully the Raiders continue to blitz to pressure Sanchez into more mistakes, but the hardest thing will be to stop Jones/Washington. Of course this will all only be possible if the Raiders put out the same kind of effort we saw in weeks 1 and 6.

I got Jones and Washington on my FF team I want them to destroy and still lose...like they did in Buffalo

This game is looking very winnable. Will the defensive play calling be aggressive?

This will be a very tight game in my opinion. The defenses are a wash, as are the RB's. The Jets have a better OL, but with Gallery coming back it is still fairly tight and probably is even as well when you throw in the homefield advantage. I really think this game comes down to which QB can not implode and manage to make a couple throws on 3rd down. If the Raiders come out ready to play I think they can win, but over the past couple years they have often followed an emotional win with a blowout loss, it should be an interesting game.

Schilens suffered a setback in practice Friday and is now listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

they broke the game down on NFLN and Theisman said it perfectly. He said Raiders can lose this game 50-3 or win 13-10, lol.

                  its true.

the raiders have been known to lay an egg in the week following a win, they need to buck this trend today. Ill post a stream when i find one.

Key to todays game for me is stopping the run. Jones and Washington are a good RB duo and if we can limit them and force Sanchez to throw we should be able to get turnovers. I hope with Schilens coming back now Russell can keep improving and now have 2 reliable targets. Bush and Fargas should play alright with Jenkins out

Watching the 9ers game, Crabtree with 5 catches with time to go in the 4th, DHB with like 3.... damn it. Just think Schilens and Crabtree with Murphy in the slot and Miller at TE

Cable is well aware of this and made it a point of emphasis this week. We may not come away with the win, but I expect a much better effort than recent Raiders teams following a W.
