The way things are going, it's best that we fill our needs in with the draft. The prices are ridiculous. Hamlin's gonna get paid pretty big since there's nobody else at safety. I think it's best we just get the RFA's signed to tender and draft our needs.
The prices are ridiculous because everyone has a ton of money, including us. There's no reason we can't sign Hamlin to a contract. A lot of Seahawks fans are falling into the same trap they did last year, believing that whomever we can get in the draft will be just as good if not better than who we lost. No matter what we should be keeping Hamlin.

I have mixed feelings about this. Because of this, we will have two quality DE's starting for us (it seems like a free-for-all between Tapp, Kerney, Wistrom, and Fischer), but then again we dont need another aging, overpayed DE. We need a young future starter.

That's true, but he has a few years in him, and it's a relatively easy position to find in drafts nowadays, so we should be able to find one in a couple of years. Of course, I had a DE going to us this year, and you thought the world was going to end.
Now we have to definitely work on re-signing Hamlin, and then shooting for Graham and/or McMichael. It's a little on the back-burner, but a veteran QB needs to be looked at. I really wouldn't mind Harrington that much at all. He's somewhat local, so I can't imagine him minding coming here, unless he wants to be a starter.

The world would end if we took a first day DL. I'm all for a 4th or 5th rounder.
Hamlin is definately our first priority and shouldve been for a long time, and a TE is our second. As for QB, I could see us going for a vet ONLY if we believe that David Greene could start for us. I personally do not have much faith in him, but I havent seen him play much either. It would be just great if we could trade D-Jack for a second round pick, then we could draft a QB as early as the fourth round, have him and Greene compete for the #3 spot and learn behind Hass/another vet.
I don't see why we would draft a QB, unless there's no confidence in Wallace despite the contract extension. He might be better as some sort of Randle El type, but he showed that he can win some games. Also, I agree that safety is the no1 priority. As much as I like Hamlin, I;m not sure he's back next year and we're talking with Deon Grant.

I'm not sure if that makes much sense to me. Do you think Hasselbeck only has another year in him? Because otherwise, there's no reason that Greene would even be in the equation. If we sign a vet, he'd allow Seneca to be played where they want to play him, have a veteran starter to come in if Hasselbeck were to get hurt, and to keep Greene on the bench, or possibly on the practice squad.
As for priorities, it's clear that Hamlin has been one of our top priorities, but right now, I'd say DT is a bigger priority than TE. That's just my opinion though.
