We have one more pick left, I think we take whoever the staff has as their BPA now. I would love seeing us add an OL like Eric Young out of Tennessee but I think a great get would be drafting a TE/RB for the future. A 3rd down back who can replace Faulk eventually who has some hands would be great (Cory Boyd/Rafael Little). There is still some talent on the board, curious to see what we do.

Bo Ruud is the pick, the LB need is really being addressed.

I know that we passed up J. Barrett. What the hell were we thinking?
I love that guy. I really don't know how he made it all the way to the 7th.

His brother Barret is a young MLB for Tampa Bay and had a great year last year, he also went to Nebraska. Bo has some potential, he is big and fast and projects to play inside for us. He has had some injury problems I believe, but I like the pick as a late round selection.

Overall a solid draft, IMO. two corners that are fast to come in and play in a nickel/dime role at first, and the two lb's are studs.

Edit: Also, I think this means that they feel Merriweather will be playing S as opposed to corner.

A tentative deal was in place with the Jaguars at No. 153 if Bowman was available. It appeared as if things would work out, but the Bears snared Bowman at No. 152 and the deal was off.

I'm pretty positive he could've been signed as an undrafted free agent. But him and the other 2 linebackers that began the season starting with Nebraska last season are really underrated due to how bad Nebraska was last year. I like Ruud and hope he can become a solid backer.

I'm excited about signing BJGE, he is a pretty good fit for us. He's a complete back who is good at a lot of things, he just didn't have elite measurables and didn't get much pub since he played here at Ole Miss. You can't ignore back to back 1,000 yard seasons in the SEC though.

the only person i could see making this team would be the punter, who was one of the best in the country. other than that, a few of these guys probably will make the practice squad

Thanks to BoneKrusher for this amazing sig!
