  • 2010 Sleepers and late round picks...

Who do you have as your "sleeper pick" that you would like to see on the Buc's next year?

How about Mike Ford RB from USF as a sleeper? For whatever reason Levitt did not give him the carries this year, but he's a good back... Went off for 207 in their bowl game... Seems like every year there is some obscure RB in college that goes off in the NFL...

Ford doesn't do as well in their offense because he's not designed for what the team tries to make him do. He's a between-the-tackles, run-it-down-their-throats runner (I should know, because he did that to my high school for 4 years), but the Bulls constantly have him running around the ends with sweeps and tosses, which he doesn't have the speed for.

ABoyNamedSuh, I wouldn't really say Cooper is a sleeper, since it's entirely likely that he could be drafted in the 3rd round if he performs well at the combine and Florida's Pro Day.

            Roy Upchurch, RB Bama
            Keiland Willams, RB LSU
            Deji Karim, RB So Illi

            Chris Carter, WR UC Davis
            Taylor Price, WR Ohio

            Jared Veldheer, OT Hillsdale
            Ramon Harewood, OT Morehouse

            Arthur Moats, DE James Madison
            Junior Galette, DE Stillman

            D'anthony Smith, DT LA Tech

            Walter McFadden, CB Auburn
            Patrick Stoudamire, CB So Illi
            Jamar Wall, CB Texas Tech
            Sam Shields, CB Miami

Really intrigued with Moats, D'anthony, Price, and the CBs.

DJC doing a little research on your guys... Taylor Price stands out, 6'1 215lbs WR from Ohio.. Good speed...

Anyone heard of Stephen Williams WR from Toledo? Someone mentioned him on a different board i frequent and looking him up he's a 6'5 guy who ran a 4.2 40 but his avg 40 time is around 4.5, he's a projected 6-7 round guy... I havn't watched any Toledo games obvisouly but you would think with that heigth and speed he would be a higher pick... Maybe he's this years M. Colston?

I'm always intrigued with late round sleepers. It's nearly guaranteed an impact player is going to be found after round 5.

Im hoping we get rid of Ward, and keep Graham as FB/3RB. Give us a chance to find a new #2 with some potential to start one day. Some other guys I like are Javarris James, Darius Marshall, and Shawnbrey McNeal
