The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continue a poor draft with poor UDFA signings. Thumbs up Gruden!

I don't have a problem with Taylor or Herian considering their HC was Bill Callahan, and as for the defensive players, I'd like to think Kiffin had something to say about their signings?

I'd give Herian a shot to make the team if we didn't just sign Stevens. Those guys are decent but disappointing when you consider some of the other talent available like Darius Walker, Nate Harris, Rhema McKnight, Rory Johnson, etc.

Getting Walker would have been nice, but McKnight drops to many passes for my likeing, he also struggles against the press.

Does anyone know the details of Stevens deal? I'm not sold on the guy at all.

One thing I trust is that our coaches didn't overpay for him, we're one of the few teams that has kept our integrity this offseason with our signings. He will probably be our #3 TE so I don't think we paid him more than a solid backup's salary.

Yeah, because UDFA really contribute to the 53 man roster.

                    THUMBS DOWN ETK!

Our Practice Squad could win a 7v7 tournaent if they had them for NFL Practice Squads.

I mean, do you really think you are going to find better UDFAs than Chas Gessner, Lionel Gates, Luke McCown etc. Oh yeah, Leak would never have a shot at making this team so don't even go there.

UDFA are predominantly guys brought in who fit the system. They are never expected to be good players and the best they could hope for is making the team as a special teams player, with the most likely result being them either making the practice squad or being cut.

                        Lionel Gates? LMFAO!

I hate Chris Leak, where did you get that idea from?

Here's who we signed according to buccaneers.com
                        Name Position Height Weight College
Justin Frick DT 6-3 292 North Dakota State
Jerry Mackey LB 6-1 250 Syracuse
Mike McFadden FB 6-1 255 Grand Valley State
Sam Olajubutu LB 5-8 227 Arkansas
                        Jed Prisby T 6-4 272 Hofstra
                        Garrett Rivas K 5-9 217 Michigan
Kenny Scott CB 6-1 179 Georgia Tech
Byron Storer FB 6-1 219 California

Kenny Scott is intriguing to say the least. He's the highest rated player left on Scott's board so I'm happy with that signing alone. Should be interesting to see if any of those FBs get some roster action a la Rick Razzano.

I really want to know what caused Scott's value to decrease by so much in such a short time.
