  • Damian Williams to start at the 2 or 3 spot (Not really)

Damian Williams is the real deal. He is an absolute monster . I heard Williams is making acrobatic catches that Titan fans have never seen from Titan receivers.

so the tenn WR lineup will look like this...

    britt,williams,gage,washington,hawkins .

    or britt,gage,williams,washington,hawkins.

what do you guys think it should be ?

    I like Williams alot.

But given Fisher's general reluctance/stubbornness towards rookies, I don't see Williams as anything more than the Titans' #4-#5 WR this season (barring injury). Williams real value this season will be on special teams, where he looks to be very good.

This season I think the depth chart will look like:
    1. Kenny Britt
    2. Justin Gage
    3. Nate Washington
    4. Lavelle Hawkins (or Williams)
    5. Damian Williams (or Hawkins)
    6. Marc Mariani / Dominique Edison

But, depending on how well Washington plays this season, I like Williams to be the #2 or #3 WR next year -- where his excellent route-running would make him a good compliment to Britt.

damian williams is good but we have such a great wr core i dont think he'll be high up. i think it'll be,

      1. Randy Moss
      2. Kenny Britt
      3. Nate Washington
      4. Justin Gage
      5. Damian Williams
      6. Lavelle Hawkins/Marc Mariani

Edison is too young right now to determine how good he is, but that's not a problem for now. the wr core is outstanding with britt in or out.

and everyone is pushed up a spot with britt out
