Explaination. Please feel free to post any major complains or questions.

The Ultimate Wrestling Role Playing Game. Almost every aspect of Pro Wrestling is represented. Wrestlers of course, but Bookers, and Dirtsheet reporters as well. In this, you can take on many roles. The roles are:

GM/Booker - You are very important. You draft your roster of Real Talent, sign your roster of user Created Talent, manage your salary cap, compete against the opposition. You will lure Free Agents to your Federation and make big decisions. You will also book your shows in a certain format, giving small details. You must manage your talent, keep them happy, and so on. Each GM is responsible for coming up with a name for their Federation, a Logo, where your corporate offices are located and managing your company overall. They will come up with a name for their Television Show, their 12 monthly PPV's, and so on. Each GM will also be responsible for creating two wrestlers of their own for their company.

Wrestler - Where would the business of wrestling be without the wrestlers. In the past you have seen countless memorable wrestlers. You will be required to create a bio and scouting report of a young independent wrestler. Your wrestler will be in a large FA pool, available to sign a contract with any of the promotions. While in the promotion, you are not in control of how you are used, as that is the Booker's decision. However, you will be responsible for hyping up storylines and matches that you are put in. This can be done via promo's, radio appearances, sit down interviews, vignettes, and so on. You negotiate a contract with the GM. Your create your persona. Are you like Shawn Michaels? Are you like Sting? Are you like Samoa Joe? CM Punk? Goldust? Steve Austin? The Rock? The Brooklyn Brawler? Your actions in between matches, your promos, your ability to co-operate with the Booker, and so on will determine your career. Remember that your effort in the in between match stuff has a lot to do with how big of a star you can become.

Dirt Sheet Reporter - Where we all get our news. Ah, the glorious, yet hated Dirtsheet reporter. Dave Meltzer is the most famous example of this. If you are a reporter, you will well, report. You will report who has the better Television Ratings each week, who's contract might be coming up soon, who might have been suspended for backstage behavior, and so on. Dirt Sheet reporters are also known for making up stories, or at least receiving some awful information. You can do that as well, as long as it is realistic. You will dig into companies trying to get their guys to talk about upcoming angles, character direction, and so on. You will dig to try and find unhappy workers ready to walk out. Any and everything can be reported by you, and you have that control.

The NFLDC Wrestling Board of Directors - The board will be in charge. They will be the 'judges'. They will rank the shows each week depending on how they liked them. This will result in Television Ratings. They will rate PPV's. They are the normal fan who decides which promotion they want to watch. Basing all of their stuff together, the feds will be ranked from #1 in the world, to the lowest. One company can rise above all others like the WWE. Companies can battle and recreate the Monday Night Wars. A Company can come from nowhere and become an entity like ECW or TNA. This is decided by the Board of Directors. The Board is invite only.

    Pre-Game Schedule

    1) - Signups. Amounts of signups will determine if each user will be able to create more than one wrestler. We are looking for at least 3 GM's.

    Weight:
Wrestling Style: (Here, you write whatever type of wrestler you want to be, are you a Technical Master? an all out Brawler? a High Flyer? a Power Wrestler? A Character Driven Wrestler with Limited skills? a Mix of more than one of these?)
    Finishing Move:
    Alternate Finisher:
    Five Signature Maneuvers:
Overall Look: (Hair, Facial Hair, Body Shape, Ring Gear, and so on)

What kind of wrestlers do you NOT work well with?:
Unique Character Distinction: (YOU DON'T HAVE TO FILL THIS OUT)
    Overall Comparison:

You will fill out the following to create a dirtsheet reporter:

    Username:
    Reporter Name:
    Website Name:
    Cost of Newsletter:
    About You:
Comparison: (I don't expect you to compare yourself to a wrestling reporter. Just the TYPE of writer you are, or your overall style)

    2) - The Draft. WWE and TNA (sorry Indy and Japan fans (among other stuff), not enough people know the guys) rosters will be separated into 4 categories. Main Eventers, Midcarders, Tag Teams, and Other. You will draft FOUR Main Eventers, SIX Midcarders, THREE Tag Teams, and THREE Lower Carders and Jobbers. This will be an 16 round draft. Tag Teams will be taken together as one pick. Draft Salary will be:

    - Round 1 : 1 Yr, 1.2M / 2 Yr, 2.6M / 3 Yr, 4.0M
    - Round 2 : 1 Yr, 1.0M / 2 Yr, 2.1M / 3 Yr, 3.4M
    - Round 3 : 1 Yr, 900K / 2 Yr, 1.9M / 3 Yr, 3.0M
    - Round 4 : 1 Yr, 800K / 2 Yr, 1.7M / 3 Yr, 2.7M
    - Round 5 : 1 Yr, 700K / 2 Yr, 1.5M / 3 Yr, 2.4M
    - Round 6 : 1 Yr, 600K / 2 Yr, 1.3M / 3 Yr, 2.1M
    - Round 7 : 1 Yr, 500K / 2 Yr, 1.1M / 3 Yr, 1.8M
    - Round 8 : 1 Yr, 400K / 2 Yr, 900K / 3 Yr, 1.5M
    - Round 9 : 1 Yr, 300K / 2 Yr, 700K / 3 Yr, 1.2M
    - Round 10 : 1 Yr, 200K / 2 Yr, 500K / 3 Yr, 900K
    - Round 11 : 1 Yr, 200K / 2 Yr, 500K / 3 Yr, 900K
    - Round 12 : 1 Yr, 200K / 2 Yr, 500K / 3 Yr, 900K
    - Round 13 : 1 Yr, 150K / 2 Yr, 400K / 3 Yr, 750K
    - Round 14 : 1 Yr, 150K / 2 Yr, 400K / 3 Yr, 750K
    - Round 15 : 1 Yr, 150K / 2 Yr, 400K / 3 Yr, 750K
    - Round 16 : 1 Yr, 100K, 2 Yr, 300K / 3 Yr, 600k
    - Round 17 : 1 Yr, 100K, 2 Yr, 300K / 3 Yr, 600k
    - Round 18 : 1 Yr, 100K, 2 Yr, 300K / 3 Yr, 600k

Each GM Created Wrestler will be signed to 2 Yr, 1.5M Contracts, and can start as a Midcarder, a Lower Carder, or part of a Tag Team.

There is a $20M Salary Cap for your organization. At the end of Year 1, the leading company will be awarded more salary cap.

    3) - Free Agency. All user created wrestlers come into play here. They can pick and choose which promotion to join. General Managers will of course, lobby for the type of wrestlers and characters they prefer. You will negotiate your OWN DEAL. There is no set-in-stone deals for FA. However, the minimum contracts are [1YR, 400K | 2YR, 900K | 3YR, 1.5M]. You wrestlers are Independent contractors, and I expect you take money into consideration. Anything non realistic will be rejected. All signings must run thru the Board of Directors.

    4) - Roster Layout. Each roster will start off with FOUR men in your Main Event scene. These Four men will be drafted from WWE/TNA. Your Midcard, Lower Card, and Tag team Scene is completely up to the GM though. You will post a roster in this mold:

    - Main Event
    Faces:
    Heels:

    - Midcard
    Faces:
    Heels:

    - Tag Teams
    Faces:
    Heels:

    - Lower Card
    Faces:
    Heels:

Based off of the GM's booking, Talent may move up and down the list of Main Event, Midcard, and Lower Card, or may become a Tag Team Specialist. Likewise, Tag Team Specialists may become singles guys at the bookers decision.

    5) - GM's Company Info. GM's will release info on their Company Name, Television Show Name, PPV Names, Company Logo, Belt Names

    - Belts will work like this: Each GM will have your basic Main Event, Midcard, and Tag Team Belts. You may have One more belt of any kind, you can choose. It can be Hardcore, Cruiserweight, Womens, Lower Card, anything.

    * TV Schedules Each show will be on different nights. One Monday, one Tuesday, and one Thursday. (Assuming we have 3 GM's). From 9:00-11:00EST.

    * GM Booking Format. Each Television Show will be NINE segments. A Segment can be a Match, a Promo/Interview, or an Angle. An angle is anything in ring that isnt a match. A backstage segment that isn't an interview. A Video package. Anything like that. a PPV will be a SIX Segment show. This will however, be all MATCHES. PPV's and TV Shows can be hyped in between shows. Here is an example of a short 6 segment show:

Segment 1 : Jeff Hardy vs. Mr. Kennedy - Jeff Hardy pins Mr. Kennedy after hitting the Swanton Bomb. After the match, Mr. Kennedy attacked Hardy while he was celebrating. (MATCH)

Segment 2 : Triple H cuts a promo hyping his main event against Randy Orton. (PROMO/INTERVIEW)

Segment 3 : Batista comes out to the ring. He challenges Edge to a match at the next PPV. He wants an answer now. Edge doesn't come out. As Batista begins to leave the ring, Edge comes from the crowd and attacks Batista. They will meet at the next PPV. (ANGLE)

Segment 4 : Randy Orton cuts a promo hyping the main event of HHH vs. Orton. He also verbally attacks Shawn Michaels. Orton and Michaels are currently scheduled to meet at the nect PPV. (INTERVIEW/PROMO)

Segment 5 : A Video hyping up the Undertaker/Umaga feud plays. Last week, Umaga bloodied Taker in the ring after a vicious chair shot and brutal attack. (ANGLE)

Segment 6 : Randy Orton vs. Triple H - Long grueling match sees Randy Orton hit the RKO but is unable to make the pin because he is too exhausted. Out comes Shawn Michaels from the back. Orton gets up and gets nailed by Sweet Chin Music by HBK. The ref calls for a DQ. Orton/Michaels on the next PPV! (MATCH)

    * On the next show, Orton would respond to HBK Superkicking him. There would be fallout from Kennedy attacking Hardy after the match. The Undertaker might return from being brutalized by Umaga last week, and Batista would respond to Edge's sneak attack. Now, thats not the best booked show, but its something i just threw together. You get the idea.

    * There will be a minimum of 3 Matches per Television show.

    * After each show, the GM will post a preview to next weeks show, or the PPV if the PPV comes first. GM's have total control over this stuff. Where the wrestlers come in is in between the booking of the shows and PPV's. They will hype up and respond to what happened to them on the previous show. That can do interviews which delve into their character which might give the Booker a reason to book that character in a match with a certain other worker, and so on. The better the characters and the more hyped up big matches are, the better the ratings of the shows will be, cause people will care more about the shows. So the promo's in between are very important.

    * Main Event vs. Main Event will draw better ratings and reviews that say, Main Event vs. Midcard. However, if the Midcard guy beats the main Event guy, the Midcard wrestler will be in the drivers seat to move up to Main Event. Losing doesn't matter as much, but if a guy is buried over and over again, he will be moved down for you.

    * Ratings. Each of the Board members will rank the shows they liked from week to week. A Point System will be attached to this. Each judge will do this.

    - Best Show = 3 Pts
    - 2nd Best = 2 Pts
    - Worst Show = 1 Pt

    * The Best Show will be announced each week. Winning the week is an ego thing, and it also shows who the fans enjoyed more. Weekly points are accumulated into a toal amount. This is where the ranking system comes into play. The top point getter will be the #1 promotion in the world.

    * PPV points are VERY IMPORTANT. Each Judge gives a score out of 10. Those scores are averaged together and rounded up into a solid number. That number is added to your point total.

    * Strange catch. YOU CAN MAKE TWO TRADES PER YEAR. Each trade cannot contain more than four TOTAL TALENTS. Two one way, Two come back. Three one way, One Comes back. You do NOT need to have a set roster number.

    * Bookers can come up with Tag Teams between a real wrestler and a user wrestler, Stables of real and created wrestlers, new divisions, anything. Youre free to run your company as long as its realistic.

Is this like an E-fed? I used to do those all the time when I was younger. I was great at them, I'd always end up with the world championship and the tag team belt with one of my friends. Good times.

Its similar to an E-Fed. Itll all be explained later. But yes, there are similarities such as cutting your own promos to hype up a storyline or a match. Or to even add to your character. At least thats the plans as of now.

I really love how this is shaping up to be and hope to be a big part of this. I love how the format is laid out and think this can really be a successful venture, especially with some of the diehard wrestling fans we have.
