SALARY CAP/MONEY INFO!!!!! COACHES MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLAYER STUFF IS BELOW, I STILL SUGGEST PLAYERS TO READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently all teams have 25 million bucks of cap space. the limit is 75 million.

CPU Players have a set salary (for FA, releasing and trading reasons, dont try and add your teams players up, it probably wont work)

    90+ players- 3 mil a year
    80-89- 2mil a year
    75-79- 1mil a year
    74-79- 500K a year
    69 and below- 250K

For example if you trade a CPU Player who has a rating of 91 for a player who has a rating of 88 you will gain 1 million in cap space.

If you release a player with a 72 rating you will gain 500K in cap space.

When sigining FA's you must sign them to the set amount, but can offer small incentives (extra 100,000 if they rush for 1000 yards) Or give reasons for why they should play there (Like if a guy went to Miami and you are Miami's coach then that would be a good reason)

CPU player's contract length is based on their age. If a player is 25,30,35,40, etc, he is up for resigning when the season ends. (Therefore RObinson sheppard who is 25 will need to be resigned at the end of the season) When you resign a CPU prospect you are forced to sign him to a 5 year deal, though you can still cut them and not have to pay a thing. If you sign a FA who is 27 he will be signed for 3 years.

ON TO WHAT PLAYERS SHOULD READ!!!!!

I started a trend in the first ever fantasy game when my QB signed a deal worth like half that of guys drafted in the first round like I was. It gave my team an edge and we won the championship. Then everyone did that. So another game came around and the commish for that game decided that Player prospects should have set salaries. But know there is a reason to have all that moneyzzz and make it rainzzz like pac man jonez. Now if you have money you can buy items. What are these items you ask? Performence enhancers (Both legal and illegal) workout equipment, and playing equipment. These different items will affect your rating, and your rating is important in this game, unlike some early ones.
Right when you sign your first contract you will be given your first year money, if you are cut you lose everything. The money, the items, everything. I know this crosses the line between fantasy and realism, but It never made sense to me to have money in the first place.
You can also make money by winning endorsements, from companies. If your a small-time player you will get small time endorsement offers, if you are a top player will get top endorsements. I will start sending out endorsements tonite.

    C: Albert Haywood 6’2 305 Age: 26 OVR: 98
    Simply dominate at center.
    WR: Quincy Dobbs 5’9 185 Age: 25 OVR: 93

i do think it'd be good to get a mod or admin to help with this. perhaps get a new sub-forum, clear out the old ones if need be. Close and edit posts and threads etc
