It's less hard proof that he indeed was the guy who stole the money from the bank (if the paper he ate was the note). Hell, I'd do it too, after I'd get caught, I'd take any opportunity to take evidence away...
so. they still cant prove what he ate. the cop just took it out and put it on the car. no proof of what it was.
the worst he can get is tampering with evidence but thats far less of a punishment than say prescription drugs or heroine
He's really not that smart, I saw this awhile ago and it is a note that he used to rob a bank. But, the thing is that security cameras will show him in the bank couple that with the tellers testimony and video evidence of him destroying evidence...he's going down for it anyway. Plus he'll get the intentional spoilation of evidence tacked on also which is felony in a lot of states, i know it is here in Wisconsin.

But for everyone reading this in Buffalo and Cleveland and everywhere else, take solace in the following: As crazy as it sounds, you're lucky. Your Mount Everest experience is still ahead of you. It's waiting, and it's glorious.- Bill Simmons
You notice that the heavier objects are located at the lower end of the shelf so that the games will lean against them. Other then that, the shelves aren't as slanted as the look. The Homer doll may be pinned in so that it stays up.
