        I'd say squats and lunges. Monkey squats burn too. pretty much bend at the waist and grab your ankles and then bend your knees in a squat while maintaining contact with your ankles

                If you have access to bleachers, do one legged squat jumps up the stairs alternating legs. It builds stability as well as muscle in your legs.

                    Just some advide, if you don't have access to weights, a gallon of water weighs 8 lbs. You can buy gallon jugs for like a dollar and hold one in each hand when you do squats for added weight

                          Squats, Lunges, Single Leg Squats, Explosive Split Squats, Wall Sits, Tuck Jumps, Squat Jumps, Reverse Lunges.

                            Yeah, but they work, and I was just trying to bring something new to the discussion. You can do wall sits damn near anywhere. But I'll co-sign on the Mike Tyson squats. Those would be my first choice if I had no stairs and no equipment at all. Never used air alert.

                              you see some of the exercises on there and your like... dam thats easy... then you get to 150 and wow....YOUR LEGS FEEL DETACHED... its the best workout i have ever done hands down... and it works rank ..as advertised man
