The soundtrack was fantastic, I forgot to mention that. Any soundtrack that has The Smiths and The Black Lips on it is good to me.

Eh, I dont care for when people making movies are like, "let's use a soundtrack hipster kids will download!"

      • I hate people who use the phrase "hipster" to describe the target audience for 500 Days of Summer. APS is right (rare event) because the soundtrack is great and it really is a very good movie. Plus it has Joseph Gordon Levitt, who is just awesome.

These fit very well into the movie. Considering there are conversations held about The Smiths in the film.

          • If you watched the SNF you probably saw the spot for Invictus.

Looks like it could be a real good sports movie. Also, Morgan Freeman cast as Nelson Mandela seems too perfect.

Thanks to BoneKrusher Credit and Rep to him for the sig.

                  • So, I just finished watching There Will Be Blood (I know, two years late...) and I'm not really sure of what I just saw. On one hand, it could easily be a masterpiece but on the other it could be a good movie that could have used more than Lewis' great performance. I'm not really sure, all I know is that I'm going to have to watch it again soon. Just to pull my thoughts together.

I still maintain the best thing about that movie was the score. It was spectacular.

Yeah, I'll agree with that. It just fit everything perfectly and was haunting at times.

                        • That was just so ******* well done, kinda like citizen kane even if you don't get into the plot you've gotta have respect for just how well they've done.

Saw it at a cultural festival on campus tonight and really enjoyed it. Pretty damn funny. Cool concept too.
