I got Juno for $8 bucks. Pre-viewed of course but, they are guaranteed to work. I also bought...Distubia and Knocked Up for $4 each. Good Stuff.

    Thanks BoneKrusher^

            • Can't beat Blockbusters 3 for $20 and 4 for $20 deals. And a Movie Trading Company near by is also a good place to get cheap DVD's. Most of my DVD collection was purchased there. The only movies I bought brand new in the last year has been No Country For Old Men, Juno, Before Devil Knows Your Dead and Superbad at Target. If you get it on the week of it's release, they usually have it for about 16.99. The last DVD that a bought for $20+ was the 300 special edition for $35. That was a waste of money.

              • I love the Blockbuster deals but they are always movies that have been out for a few months. I usually have them all by the time they have them used. I do rent from blockbuster and just pay the difference and keep them. If I like the movie that is. Pay like an extra 12 bucks and get to keep it.

Yeah, even if I had one...I wouldnt really be interested in shelling out $30 per dvd, though.

                  Thanks BoneKrusher^

A very tiny 48 Hours. I dont know how wide spread the company is but, there are a bunch of them in NJ and PA. My particular store is really tiny, though.

                    Thanks BoneKrusher^

                      • I shop everywhere for movies...but the other day, i bought King Kong, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Sunshine, and Training Day at blockbuster. it was a good haul for like 23 bucks or something when all was said and done...all excellent movies as well.

I watched In Bruges last night, and was pleasantly surprised. Colin Farrell has always been a halfway decent actor when he wasnt doing dumb **** like SWAT, and i liked him in minority report and phone booth, and his performance in In Bruges is right up there with those 2. He's very good, as is Ralph Fiennes like usual, and Brenden Gleeson as well. Overall, the movie is pretty cool, little unrealistic at the end, but i enjoyed it, alot of dark humour, fast talking and accents. Overall, id say 7.5/10. Maybe an 8. it was good.

Also, i finished the first season of Dexter, and lemme say, its the best show on TV. Better even then Six Feet Under, which i also love. Everyone should watch Dexter.

                        • I rarely buy DVD's in stores unless they're the same price or some kind of deal. I'm almost always buying from DeepDiscount.com .. They have great deals and free shipping on top of their already discounted DVD's.

I bought:: The Wicker Man, Suspiria, The Day The Earth Stood Still, Raging Bull, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, Escape from New York, The Pest (mom likes it), and a documentary called "Midnight Movies: From the Margin to the Mainstream".. and I spent a grand total of $65.99. Nothing for shipping.. that was using a Buy 2/Get 1 Free and a Buy 1/Get 1 Free deal, though.. but still.. great stuff.

Im going to watch In Bruges again, i was a little distracted when i did watch it, but like i said, it was excellent. I didnt like the tower bit at the end, i thought Brenden Gleeson's character surviving was a little unrealistic, that was my only complaint. I liked the ending as well, it was excelent. Farrell was very good i thought, its good to see him put on a good acting performance because you know he has it in him.

And damn you fisch, Dexter is better then Six Feet Under. And you would damn well agree with me if Ben ******* Foster was in Dexter.
