      • I watched Rocknrolla yesterday...def. not in the same class as Ritchie's former work, imo. It wasnt horrible but, it was a bit of a mess. There were some really funny moments but, the actual plot wasn't all that great in comparison to Snatch and Lock, Stock and the story was told in a weird manner. Didnt really learn much about the characters, you just jumped right in. It had the potential to be much better. Not exactly a swing and a miss here but, Ritchie's better than this...or atleast he used to be. Hopefully, he'll get back to his "A" game with Sherlock Holmes.

        Thanks BoneKrusher^

I saw it over the holidays and liked it. I am curious what happens in the sequel.

            • Burn After Reading was pretty good. It was pointless in the end but, I liked it. Brad Pitt was great most of the time...especially when he's in the car w/ JM. haha. Just a good screwball comedy, imo.

Black comedy at its finest IMO. I watched Fargo last night, such a great film. And I watched this a few days ago, and its really one of my all time faves.

                  • Soderbergh isn't THAT good, come on. And Greengrass, PTA, Eastwood, Lee, Boyle, and Aronofsky should be above a bunch of others.

                        Auu....guh?

And Zach Snyder even being on the list is ridiculous unless Watchmen is ******* fantastic.

Its funny you mention it, because it just finished about 20 minutes ago on my computer. I think its a fantastic movie, but then again, Im a huge Wes Anderson fan. I dont think that it is as good as Bottle Rocket or Rushmore or The Royal Tenenbaums, but its a very good film and I love Jason Schwartzman's performance. Definately worth a watch. I might suggest watching "Hotel Chevalier" beforehand, its Wes Anderson's short film that is a sort of prequel to Darjeeling. It might be on the DVD.
