  • Hollywood, look up the Michael Showalter Showalter episode with Zach Galikanakas on Youtube. Its priceless. Or look up the interview where he pretends to be Seth Galifanakas, his imaginary twin brother. Both are ******* hilarious.

        • Rocknrolla is terrifically entertaining. I actually liked it more than Snatch and Lock Stock. Im really glad to see Ritchie back to being awesome.

No regrets, thats my motto...That, and everybody wang chung tonight.

            Classic.

Not to mention, I really like Bradley Cooper. Watched Wet Hot American Summer a few weeks ago. Oh, and Michael Showalter is the man.

And for The Hangover, Heather Graham is so incredibly hot that it isnt even fair.
He did a cameo spot on The Sarah Silverman show a year or so back.. Wasn't the biggest fan of her show, but yeah he's always funny.

              • Watched Fight Club again last night. That movie's awesomeness is overwhelming. The movie is brilliant. Its the third time I've seen it and I think it was the best this time. Its definitely a movie you need to see a couple times. You see the subtleties in the dialogue and in the camera angles that tip you off and give you more clarity into 'his' perspect. You're able to see how 'Tyler' completes him in every area of his life because he is everything he's not. Obviously Norton and Pitt are amazing. David Fincher did a excellent job again. For a movie that was somewhat chaotic, he really was able to control the tempo and the feel of the movie. I really should read the book. For those of you that have read the book, how does it compare to the movie?

                  • I saw Watchmen yesterday. 'Twas okay.

Oh, and on Thursday I saw Tokyo!, which was awesome. Gondry's and Joon-ho's films were excellent and Carax's was just a big ball of weirdness.

Im a huge fan of both, but the movie is, in my opinion, far superior to the book. The book is much choppier, and doesnt flow with the same chaotic grace the film does. Also, the book drives home its anti consumerist message much harder I felt, at the cost of some of its effectiveness IMO. Not to mention, the last 60 seconds of the film are my favorite I've ever seen in any film, and the endings are somewhat different. Overall, the book is a great read as well, but IMO, the movie outshines it by far. I havent watched Fight Club in a while, might have to watch it today just cause you said this.

I saw these comments so I went and "obtained" a copy of the movie. Great movie indeed.

Let me just say that if God was a city planner he would not put a playground next to a sewage system!

                            • I am torn on American Beauty. It received all these acolades, when really, it's just weird. The Dad is a pedofile in a way, the "*** hating" army general is actually a closet homosexual, the mom is having an affair, the boy is a drug dealer, and the daughter hates her family. Haha I guess that's what makes it a dark comedy, but man what a messed up movie.

Kevin Spacey is great in it though.

ugh double post, and I apologize if this spoils the movie for some people, I tried the "spoiler button" and I failed miserably.
