I doubt it personally, but arguing with you is pointless.

Besides, we all know the best performance on the floor last night was RAYMOND FELTON! Hah.

And Gallo isn't all of a sudden going to improve his ppg by 10+ points this year.

It doesn't matter if they add another shooter or whatever. Pls stop Knick fans.
with the way Gallo gets fouled when he drives it would only take giving him 3 or 4 more opportunities to drive a game to up his scoring total to 20 and with a bench sniper to let Gallo come out of the corner and stay consistently involved in the play he'd get those 3 or 4 extra chances to drive the hoop, also he's been in a shooting slump so far this year because he's pressing to hit threes and open up the court, that won't last.

And with better play making keeping Amare from having to create his own offense I think he could get up to around 25.

It's an optimistic guess, but it's not that unreasonable given what both have shown what they can do when they're allowed to play to their strengths, Gallo slashing and Amare finishing.

Exactly, he's shooting well below his career averages and he's still getting to the FT line like an allstar and has a really good TS% while averaging around 16 points. Once his wrist is healthy again and he gets out of this slump 20 pts/g won't even really be surprising from the young fella.

You have got to stop making excuses with the guy...right now he is a shooter who can't shoot

If Gallo was shooting his averages right now, he'd be at 16.8 ppg. A huge 1 ppg increase.

Not really since he was only a shooter on this team because no one else is as good. Gallo's always been at his best when he could drive the hoop and consider how effective this shooter who can't shoot is, it's silly to assume he won't be able to remain deadly once he gets his shot back. Because Shooters who can't shoot don't put up seasons like Gallo did last year and have higher than average TS% when they're not hitting their 3s.

...I don't see how effective he is being when he is shooting 36%.

You said this last year too. Gallo is the only person on his team that can score, Gallo is much better at driving and scoring, blah blah. Yet last year, he scored 15 ppg. Now, it's not crazy to think he should improve, especially with Amare on the team, but when has he shown he can be a consistent scorer in the league? He has games where he lights it up, and then others where he does nothing. Hence, why his avg. has been well below 20 ppg.

It's not out of the realm of possibilities to think he won't improve to almost 20 ppg, but you keep saying the same things about how he's the only player on the team that does anything, and that he's much better when driving...yet we haven't seen him show any of that. If it were true, then why doesn't he drive all the time? Why doesn't he take over and score tons of points? And don't say it's the offense. If he could do it, then he would.

If Gallo's shot were falling and he kept getting the ball more like he has been lately, strange how the further we get from his wrist injury the more involved he gets in the offense, Gallo would keep performing the way he has the last few. I'd expect more from a Bulls fan who got to see exactly the problems with # watching for Gallo, he was huge against you guys early and as a result the team was playing effectively, then they stopped getting the ball into his hands as he was stuck sitting in that corner "for spacing reasons" and our team started playing worse and yours better. Fortunately for us Rose sat out much of the 4th and our guards got and stayed hot, but there's no reason Gallo only got the ball a handful of times in the second half after going for 20 in the first.

That happens all of hte freaking time, Gallo just gets ignored up in his corner because he needs to be spacing the court for us, and our guards are fine with it, but somehow whenever we get Gallo involved good things happen and we hold or build leads.

Dude was incredible. He killed Curry in the first, and was blowing right by Monta in the 2nd....Monta was still the best player on the floor last night.

He doesn't drive all of the time because every single play of Mike's that they show in the SSOL book, and every other play that's been released to the public features a player who stays on the perimeter for a pass in case things go wrong inside and as you can see no one else on this team is a better shooter than Gallo so he's stuck with that role. Wilson Chandler certainly can't fill it, neither can Landry Fields, who's really impressed me, Bill Walker can sort of fill it a little but he's not better than gallo and doesn't play enough to be a big difference, and the guards are the one's running the plays and aren't even really good enough shooters themselves to let Gallo run the O, the problem we have is that even Gallo's a rhythm shooter so the roles not ideal for him.

Do have another explanation for why he's our second leading free throw drawer after amare and still has a TS% over 55% despite his terrible percentages from deep this year? Good things happen every time he gets to drive but we need someone to keep spacing from outside which unfortunately is the role he's stuck in most of the time.

On a more experienced team you could create that spacing through ball movement and off hte ball player movement but we haven't been playing together for long enough to have one another's timing down for us to do that effectively. That's just what happens when there's 10 new players on a roster that also happens to be amongst the league's youngest. Hopefully as the season wears on we either find a trade for a guy like Kapono or Korver, who can come off of the bench cold and nail an open 3, or with experience together we'll use player movement more to create that space. But when Gallo drives good things happen and he's smart, see his great success drawing charges, and clutch, whether he's putting up the stats or not.

And hell the past few games gallo has gotten more involved in the offense and not only has he put up better numbers but we've also won. So maybe I'm not so crazy homeristic afterall to think that once we've had more than a dozen games to develop chemistry we'll be seeing more from Gallo than ever before, as hte talent is clearly there when you watch him.

Durant's efficiency has been meh so far. Monta is better on both ends right now. Monta has a shot to pass Wade. Kobe has been extremely good lately, so no. Especially if they keep his minutes in check.

I think I've already made my man crush on LeBron James clear enough.

He will never pass Dwight Howard or CP3 in terms of impact...EVER!
