      While Elgin Street Diner does not have the best poutine I have ever tried it is damn close and they have some incredible selections.

        The yhave been voted the best milkshakes in the city many times. I agree though. I have only ever had them a few times while near blackout drunk.

                  Oatmeal Carmelita: oatmeal layer on bottom, chocolate and caramel in the middle, oatmeal layer on top. When yo u cook it, the caramel and chocolate mix in the center and the caramel also soaks into the bottom layer. It's quite possibly the most delicious thing I've ever had. It's incredibly soft and chewy.
