        Nice, i like active.

i bought a 1965 Fender P bass that had been modified which had been refinished with active pickups and a badass bridge, its sweet man.

        i'll post pics later today.

My job is being in a band. I'm not paying for it, my band is. It's not 899.99 like it says on fender.com, our supplier actually got it to us for just under $500.

Oh and the bass won't look like that. It will have a blue body with a white pick guard. Awesome!

                lol
i got this sweet bass for $400.00 bucks, the guy who owened it before me modified the thing and ruined the collectors Value.

w/o being modified this bass could sell for anywhere from 3000 to 5000 dollars.
                Plays Great!

Your couch looks about the same age as the bass. :)

                  Love the bass though!

Those strings look terrible. be sure to get some new ones...

yep the basement couch is antique as well.:)
like the old stuff, they dont make em like that anymore. The bass is a 1965, its dated on the original pickups and underneath the neck plate.

oh and those strings have killer tone on my Trace Elliott rig. (imagine the sound with new set.)

oh yeah, its gonna have an even more awesome sound with a new set of strings.
did you notice the sabine tuner he mounted above the pickguard? thats the things that hurt the value of the bass, but man i'm telling you, its an awesome playin motha.

I own a 5-string active Warwick Corvette that cost me $675.
                          those warwick basses or badass.

i have a friend who has a 95 warwick with a green finish and it plays great, made in germany.
