Top 10 running back Tandems in the NFL

nice to see the G-Men on the list.

I wish that we got Deangelo Williams last year. Jacobs and Williams would be a great tandem.

But nice to see us on the list.

Please die.

First of all, it's best in 2007, meaning they are predicting.

Second of all, thanks for giving me another shot at screwing your rep.

PACKmanN 03-14-2007 03:56 PM

funny how LT and Truner are not on that list and the Gaints RB are.

GermanSaint 03-14-2007 03:56 PM

Sveen 03-14-2007 03:57 PM

Turner isn't used enough in my opinion. Sure he is more talented. But they don't use him enough when the game is clsoe.

That's not really a tandem though. That's more of all LT, and Turner when the game is over or LT needs a breather. They don't ever but Turner in because they want to use his skills instead of LT's.

i'd take LT and Turner over all of those combos.

Healthy McAllister > Bush...

Of course yall are first.

PoopSandwich 03-14-2007 04:13 PM

If the Browns get Peterson they will be #2 or so....

Anyways, the season hasn't even started.

T-RICH49 03-14-2007 04:17 PM

If Micheal Bennett could stay healthy him and LJ could be a dynamic 1-2 punch.the power running of LJ and the speed of Micheal Bennett

I don't think anyone wouldn't....

Caddy 03-14-2007 04:33 PM

There is a distinct lack of a Buccaneers duo in that list ;)

princefielder28 03-14-2007 04:34 PM

Number one has to be Deuce/Reggie

DeathbyStat 03-14-2007 04:47 PM

One of them should be Willie Parker and Lendale White.

I wish

yourfavestoner 03-14-2007 04:56 PM

Fred Taylor + Greg Jones + Maurice Jones-Drew>any other runningback platoon in the NFL.

gonzo1105 03-14-2007 04:57 PM

WHAT? No Anthony Thomas and Shaud Williams? I'm outraged lol

haha still can't believe that didn't happen.

Chris Perry and Rudi Johnson are up there when healthy... Only problem being Perry is never healthy so they deserve no spot.

The Jaguars are very, very close to the Saints. It's 1a, 1b, in my mind. When you add Jones into the mix, I take the Jaguars. Just evaluating them as a tandem I take the Saints slightly.

Athrun340 03-14-2007 05:26 PM

ricky williams/ronnie brown anyone?

If Williams actually gets back into the league, he still has to prove he can play in the NFL. Ronnie Brown/Chris Brown looks better.

SeanTaylorRIP 03-14-2007 05:37 PM

Last year was pretty sick for the Skins, Clinton Portis>Ladell Betts>TJ Duckett>Rock Cartwright.
